1. Your deposit is currently pending network confirmation.
Your deposit will be successfully credited once your transaction meets the minimum required network confirmations specified by the Kodemex system. The minimum requirements vary depending on the cryptocurrency. For instance, the minimum network confirmation amount for a BTC transaction is 1. However, as a safety measure, Kodemex requires at least 2 network confirmations before BTC deposits can be unlocked on the platform.
2. You have deposited unregistered tokens.
Prior to making a deposit, please check the Deposit and Withdrawal Status page to verify if Kodemex supports your token and the corresponding deposit network. Depositing unregistered tokens or using unsupported networks for deposits may lead to asset loss, and recovery may not be possible.
3. Your deposit amount does not meet the minimum requirement.
Please ensure that your deposit amount meets the minimum required deposit amount as stated on the cryptocurrency deposit page. If your deposit amount falls below the minimum requirement, no cryptocurrency will be credited to your account.
